This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: &#8220;Privacy Policy&#8221;) is intended to provide you with information about how the Ministry of Culture and Media uses the data we collect from you in connection with your use of the Application. The Privacy Policy also explains the conditions under which the Ministry of Culture and Media uses and publishes the mentioned data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Permissions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application requires the following permissions during installation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Camera<\/li><li>Full Internet access<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Use and sharing of collected data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may use, store, store, share and publish automatically collected data free of charge in accordance with applicable laws, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act, including as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>due to acting in accordance with a court summons or similar court proceedings<\/li><li>with our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, who are not allowed to independently use the data we provide them with, and who have agreed to comply with the rules set out in this Privacy Policy<\/li><li>to advertisers and other networks of advertisers and companies for data analysis as described under the heading &#8220;Automatic Data Collection and Advertising&#8221;<\/li><li>&nbsp;in any other way expressly prescribed by this Privacy Policy, or in any amended and\/or supplemented version of this Policy that the Ministry of Culture and Media decides to publish from time to time.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Automatic data collection and advertising<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Application may automatically collect certain information such as the type of mobile device you use, the unique identification number of your device, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about how you use the Application. The Ministry of Culture and Media does not have access to individual data and cannot identify users individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Withdrawal of consent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By uninstalling the Application on your mobile device, you can withdraw your consent and stop all data collection. You can use standard app uninstall processes available on your mobile device, the mobile app market, or online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We care about keeping your information confidential. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural protection of the data we process and retain. Please note that while we strive to provide a reasonable level of security for the data we process and retain, no security system can prevent all possible security breaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Privacy Policy may be changed or updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of all changes to our Privacy Policy by publishing the new Privacy Policy at <a href=\"https:\/\/ekultura.hr\/en\/AR-privacy-protection\/\">https:\/\/ekultura.hr\/en\/AR-privacy-protection\/<\/a>. We advise you to regularly follow our Privacy Policy to be informed of any possible changes. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy will be deemed your consent to such an updated version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your consent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By using this Application, you consent to us processing automatically collected data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any amended and\/or supplemented version of the Privacy Policy. &#8220;Processing&#8221; means the use of cookies on a computer or portable device or the use or handling of data in any way, including, but not limited to, the collection, storage, deletion, use, combination, and publication of data, with all of the aforementioned activities taking place in the Republic Croatia. If you have a place of residence outside the Republic of Croatia, your data will be transferred to the Republic of Croatia and processed and stored there in accordance with data protection standards in the Republic of Croatia.
